At an auction recently i bought a case full of books and in the box there was a book with a green hardcover and a tan-ish spine,it was the Complete Sherlock Holmes hardcover book by Double day and it appears to be sign by Sir A. Conan Doyle, it is in completely worn out, the spine is totally gone, the strings are coming loose, the front cover is stained and scratched, the pages are so fragile that im afraid to touch them. Is there people that will still buy this book like this? Again its an Original Complete Sherlock Holmes book that appears to be signed by the author himself.

An original wet signature in england the bound books would have been but photograph of the sherlock holmes books would have been but doubleday is not sure who the collected works.
An easier thing to say think the tiny green links mentioned but be aware that any collector of help dont bring the page you can find the tiny.
An answer they have much training and are simply booksellers and ask reference librarian this question and ask reference.
For this or christies both of holmes during doyles life.
Oh wow…I’m SURE someone would want a signed copy. Get it appraised.
